CP LAND Reinforces Its Commitment to Environmental Sustainability, Earns “MEA ENERGY AWARDS 2025” Standard Building Certification for the 8th Consecutive Year

one of Thailand’s leading real estate developers, continues to strengthen its commitment to energy conservation and sustainable building management.
Its C.P. Tower Northpark has once again been honored with the “MEA ENERGY AWARDS 2025” Standard Building Certification in the Standard Level under the Office Building category by the Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA), marking the eighth consecutive year of receiving this prestigious recognition.
The award was presented by Mr. Dichawat Chan-ee, Governor of the Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA), and accepted on behalf of CP LAND by Mr. Jakrapan Piyaprukpan, Executive Director, Corporate Services Group.
The award recognizes excellence in energy-efficient building management under the Building Energy Efficiency Improvement Program, which promotes enhanced energy performance through the concept of “Efficient Energy Use and Standard Indoor Air Quality.” The award ceremony was held at the KBank Siam Pic-Ganesha Theatre, 7th Floor, Siam Square One, Bangkok.
