• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and timestamps, recorded in server logs for security and troubleshooting.
• Cookies: strictly necessary cookies only — see section 04.

• Our internal HR system, for processing job applications.
• Service providers who host and maintain our website and infrastructure.
• Government authorities, where disclosure is required by law.

06How long we keep your data

• Contact enquiries: kept while we handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for reference.
• Job applications: kept for the recruitment process and for a reasonable period in case suitable positions arise.
• Security logs: kept only as long as needed to protect the system.

When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.

07Your rights under the PDPA

Subject to the conditions of the law, you may:

• Access your data and request a copy.
• Ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Ask us to delete or anonymise your data.
• Object to, or ask us to restrict, certain processing.
• Withdraw consent you have previously given.
• Request that your data be transferred in a machine-readable format.
• Lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

08How we protect your data

• All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS.
• Administrative access requires a password and is protected against cross-site request forgery and repeated login attempts.
• Résumé files are sent directly to our HR system and are not stored on this website's server.
• Administrative activity is logged so changes can be audited.
